Travel Information:

Minneapolis – Saint Paul International Airport

The Marriott City Center does not offer airport shuttle services. Transportation to and from the airport is offered through various rideshare services, taxi services, rental cars or the light rail public transportation. Prices vary depending on the service chosen. It’s an approximate 21-minute drive to the hotel or an approximate 25-minute ride on the metro blue line which connects to terminal two, plus a short 3 block walk to the hotel from the Nicollet Mall Station.

Kim Frazier - Vice President of the Society for Wildlife

Forensic Science (SWFS) and Director of the Wyoming Game and Fish Wildlife Forensic Laboratory


Presentation: brief history of the wildlife forensics discipline, including some information about SWFS, and content encompassing different international wildlife forensics analyses with case examples, along with the different analyses done at Wyoming Game and Fish Wildlife Forensic Laboratory and case examples.



Kendall Mills – Program Manager at Season of Justice (SOJ)


Presentation: About SOJ, which is a nonprofit dedicated to providing funding for investigative agencies and families to help solve cold cases, SOJ does this by providing grants for advanced DNA analysis solutions, such as forensic genealogy and next-generation sequencing, for investigative agencies in an effort to solve these complex cases. SOJ’s goal is to provide financial resources for both investigative agencies and families in order to bring resolution to those impacted by unsolved violent crimes.
